About

Taniah Ingram
Community-Based Doula, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, Maternal-Infant Health Advocate, Birth Educator, and Photographer
After an unexpected pregnancy, she began researching maternal and infant health outcomes in the US and quickly recognized the crisis in our maternal health system. Unable to afford a doula at the time, she became her own biggest advocate and achieved an unmedicated birth with a hospital midwife. This experience fueled her passion for supporting others during their birthing journeys and beyond.
Now, as a Community-Based Doula, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, Maternal-Infant Health Advocate, Birth Educator, and Photographer, she is committed to equipping families with the knowledge, care, and storytelling they need to feel seen, supported, and informed through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Our Philosophy
We believe pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are some of the most sacred and transformative seasons in life. Our role is to walk alongside you with compassion, knowledge, and care, whether that looks like hands-on support during labor, capturing the beauty of your story through photography, offering education to help you feel confident, or simply being a steady presence as you navigate this time.
As you build your village, we would be honored to be part of it, holding space for your unique journey and supporting you in the ways that feel most meaningful to you and your family.
