During labor, we will provide support to ensure you feel empowered and cared for throughout the birthing process. We will assist with comfort measures such as breathing techniques, massage, and positioning to help manage pain and promote progress. We will also offer encouragement and reassurance, helping you stay focused and calm. Additionally, we will facilitate communication between you, your partner, and the medical staff to ensure your birth preferences are respected. We strive to create a positive and supportive environment, enhancing your birth experience and contributing to smoother labor and delivery.

The Birth Doula Package includes:

• Two (2) prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences, comfort measures, and practice breathing, and more

• 24/7 "on-call" status beginning at 38 weeks gestation

• Continuous support during active labor, birth, and 1-2 hours postpartum

• Ten (10) photographs of the birth delivered via digital gallery

• One (1) postpartum visit to debrief your birth experience, address any questions or concerns, and review your postpartum plan to ensure you have all of the resources you need to keep your village strong

Prepare for your birth and postpartum journey with personalized guidance and support. In these 1:1 sessions, we’ll help you create a birth plan, explore comfort measures, and provide the resources and knowledge you need to feel confident and ready for whatever comes your way.​

• Guidance in creating a personalized birth and/or postpartum plan

• Education on labor, birth, and immediate postpartum options

• Resources tailored to your needs, whether that’s evidence-based information, local referrals, or supportive tools for your journey

These sessions are designed to give families the support and information you need, whether it is your first birth or an addition to your family.

With birth photography, you can expect a respectful and unobtrusive approach that honors the intimacy and intensity of this special time. Our goal is to ensure you feel completely comfortable and supported, so we will work closely with you to understand your vision and boundaries. By maintaining a low profile and being attentive to your needs, we work to capture the beauty and emotion of your birth experience in a way that feels natural and respectful.

The Birth Photography Package includes:

• One (1) prenatal meeting to discuss preferences

• Photography once labor is established at your birth location

• Sneak peek photos delivered within 72 hours of birth

• Full digital gallery of images delivered within 4-6 weeks of birth
